Tom has been a lifelong member of the GAA, He currently resides in Lafayette Hill, PA. Tom's hometown club is Mountbellew, Co Galway. As a player Tom was extremely successful winning Connaught championships with Galway at U16, minor and U21 level. Tom also represented University College Cork in the Sigerson Cup. Tom won the Galway Senior Club Football championship with Mountbellew in 1986 before moving to Philadelphia and joining the Galway Philadelphia football club where he continued to have further success on the field winning a NACB junior title in 1989 and NACB intermediate title in 1991. In 1994 Tom joined the Donegal Philadelphia football club and from there to now he has enjoyed many successes on the field as a player and part of many management teams. Not only has Tom served on our board over the past fifteen years he also served on the Philadelphia Divisional board as secretary and chairman for three years.
